Is shipping available?
Not at this time. We expect that shipping will be an option in the near future.
When will my basket be delivered?
Mon−Sat: Orders received before 3:00pm ET for addresses within our Greater Augusta delivery area can be delivered the next business day. Orders received after 3:00pm ET can be delivered within two business days, (for example, if you order after 3:00pm on Monday, your order can be delivered on Wednesday).
We offer local delivery in the Greater Augusta Area from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time. During the holiday season, residential gifts may be delivered up until 8pm. Please note that delivery is attempted on the date selected, however, we are unable to guarantee delivery on that date. If a recipient is not available when delivery is attempted, the gift may be left with reception, concierge, a neighbour or on the front porch if the area is considered safe by our driver. If the area is deemed unsafe or there is nobody available to accept the gift on the recipient’s behalf, it will be returned to our office and the sender will be contacted for further direction.
What if I desire delivery for an order outside of the delivery zone?

Can I change or cancel an existing order?
Because we aim to provide efficient service and delivery, we like to prepare gifts immediately after orders are placed. Therefore, orders cannot be changed within 48 hours of the delivery date.
Can I return a basket for a refund?
We take great pride in selecting only the freshest and finest products available. If for some reason, your gift arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt and we will be happy to provide a replacement. We do not accept returns for refunds.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Shop Pay. We do not accept PayPal, Amazon Pay, Goggle Pay or Apple Pay because those providers do not support delivery orders. For large, recurring corporate clients, we offer payment terms. We ask that new corporate clients seeking to establish credit with us conduct their first few transactions via prepayment.
Do you offer gift cards or flowers?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gift cards or flowers at this time.
Why don’t you offer discounts or have sales?
Many businesses “mark up to mark down” to provide the illusion of value. We prefer to provide our customers with transparent and fair pricing at all times. We work with top brands and select only the highest quality products, as a result, we are unable to offer steep discounts. The good news is that the person receiving your gift will know that it came from the best and you can rest assured that you have selected a gift service company that won’t quit until you are satisfied.
How do I get my products in your baskets?
We carefully hand-select the finest gifts to fill our baskets. Suppliers and companies who wish to work with us are welcome to send us products for consideration.
